Annual Fund

What is the Annual Fund?

The Annual Fund is a central fundraiser of the Orca K-8 PTSA. It runs through January so now is the time to give!

100% of your contribution will go to our school, and your entire contribution is tax deductible.  Every penny that you give directly benefits students at Orca K-8. Our goal for the 2016-2017 school year is $50,000, and 100% participation from our families.

The suggested donation is $250 per family, just $20.83 a month!

Please consider asking family members to contribute as well. Grandparents are some of our biggest supporters! It’s easy, and all donations are tax deductible.

Where does my money go?

In supporting the Annual Fund, we can continue to provide PTSA-sponsored programs that make our school so special, unique and distinctive. Programs such as:

  • Orca’s one of a kind Garden Program
  • Our amazing Instrumental Band Program
  • Classroom supplies for our committed teachers
  • Funding for our influential SEED program and Race Forum
  • Fieldtrip scholarships
  • Our enriching after school programs
  • Safety and emergency supplies
